8:45 AM - Bag drop, registration, putting green and driving range open
8:45-10:00 AM - Breakfast
10:00 AM - Call to carts
10:30 AM - Shotgun start
5:00 PM - Cocktail reception (silent auction items available for viewing and bidding)
6:00 PM - Dinner, prize presentation, live auction and raffle
